How can I expect my house to look when you leave for the day?
Will I receive a timeline for how the project will proceed?
Prior to starting a project, we plan out a timeline, and our goal is to stick to it as closely as possible. However, during these unprecedented times due to the COVID-19 pandemic and recovery from wildfires, scheduling can sometimes be a challenge. We do our best to plan ahead and shift when needed in order to stick to the schedule, but may occasionally experience delays, especially when working with subcontractors who may be in high demand.
When the job is finished, will I have an opportunity to inspect the job?
“We first contacted Phil to get his opinion on an exterior door on a wall that had developed some leaks. Other contractors either grossly oversold the job, telling us the entire wall had to be stripped of it existing vertical cedar siding to be replaced with a manufactured product that matched nothing else on the house; or they simply disappeared after looking at the job. Phil took the time to actually investigate the problem and come up with a fix which involved replacing the door and replacing some of the siding with new siding he custom-ordered to match the original. He did the job when he said he would for the price he quoted, and we have not had a leak since.
